I see we both have an interest in Real Estate!  I'm Shona Scott, and as Broker/Owner of Milestone Realty in Athens, TN I look forward to telling you about the firm, the area we service and even a little about myself!  Athens is in McMinn County and a short drive to Lenoir City, Knoxville, Farragut, Sweetwater, Maryville, Oak Ridge and Cleveland. There are a wide range of home from Luxury, Golf Communities, Lake front to homes with acreage. 

If outdoors is where you want to be there is no shortage of adventure.  Milestone Realty is conveniently located at the foothills of the Cherokee National Forest and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!  We are surrounded by lakes like Tellico Lake, Lake Loudon, Melton Hill Lake, Watts Bar Lake, Chickamauga Lake, Hiwassee River and the Ocoee River.  If you don't mind a drive, we're a short distance to Norris Lake, Douglas Lake and Cherokee Lake which all have some of the best fishing in the State!

As promised here is a little about me, Shona Scott, the Broker/Owner of Milestone Realty.  I'm originally from Florida, my family and I moved to East TN in 2002.  The beach is nice, but I truly love the mountains. I enjoy little things like horseback riding or taking a drive on a back country road.  We have a classic Harley for when the weather is just right! Stock car racing never gets old, we even sponsor a few drivers.  Growing a garden & Quilting is a true joy.  You might even see me at an auction now and then.  Spending time with my family & grandchildren is the best of all!
