I am a Resident of Dayton Tn and a transplant from Atlanta Ga.  I have been a Full Time Georgia Realtor for 35 years and decided to move to Tn when both my Sons were hired by Bryan College as the Soccer Coaches.  I love living in this great State and the opportunities it offers.  I still run a Real Estate Team in Peachtree City Georgia that closes 80-100 homes a year for a volume of approximately $25,000,000 in sales.  I've found that Tennessee is very similar to Ga in all areas of Real Estate.  I've been married to Troy Davidson my Ga Real Estate Partner for 47 years, we have 2 Married sons, 5 grandchildren and we love traveling, RVing, all things Soccer, all water activies, but most of all being with family.  We are active members of New Union Baptist in Dayton.  We can help make the dream of Homeownership a Reality both in East Tennessee and South Atlanta.
