From Dirt to Keys: Construction Lending Simplified 1 CE Agents will gain a foundational understanding of construction lending, from land purchases to completed homes. The course outlines the differences between onetime close and two-time close loans and explains how financing works for custom, modular, and manufactured homes. With timelines, key terminology, and buyer prep tips, agents will leave ready to confidently support clients building from the ground up.

Cancellation and No Show Policy. There are no refunds (for paid events) for cancellations once the 48 hour countdown to the event begins. Prior to the 48 hour window, cancellations are subject to the terms of that course and or event. For complementary events (education, luncheons, etc.) cancellation within the 48 hour window prior to the event start time, and no-show registrants will be subject to a fee for said event, pursuant to event costs, based on per person rate.
