Taught by Angie Stumbo, this one-day course will equip students with the skills they need to serve buyers more productively and effectively in today’s market, such as: working with new buyers, counseling them effectively, handling and negotiating offers to purchase, helping buyers secure financing, and getting them through the home inspection, repairs, and settlement procedures.

There are no refunds (for paid events) for cancellations once the 48 hour countdown to the event begins. Prior to the 48 hour window, cancellations are subject to the terms of that course and or event. For complementary events (education, luncheons, etc.) cancellation within the 48 hour window prior to the event start time, and no show registrants, will be subject to a fee for said event, pursuant to event costs, based on per person rate.
